We're a family working the land ourselves - planting, tending, harvesting, and pressing. Istria has been an olive-growing region for millennia, and we view our work as part of that tradition: not reinventing it, but tending it carefully and passing it on. Every bottle we produce reflects that same commitment to doing things properly, season after season.
